Whitted Trained National Dual Team is a comprehensive program designed to develop elite wrestlers from every angle. From high-level competition and exclusive training to strength and conditioning, nutritional coaching, and college exposure. We provide everything an athlete needs to reach their full potential.

Camps & Clinics: Team members receive priority registration and exclusive invitations to camps, clinics, and training events — including opportunities not available to the general public.
Guest Coaches: Throughout the season, we bring in elite coaches and former competitors for specialized training sessions reserved for team members only.
College Wrestling Network: Coach Donny Whitted has built relationships with college coaches at all levels — from NJCAA to Division I. Athletes serious about wrestling in college will have access to his network, guidance on the recruiting process, and direct introductions to programs that fit their goals.
Exposure Events: We strategically select duals and competitions where college coaches are watching. This isn't just about winning — it's about getting seen by the right people.
Whitted Trained National Dual Team is for serious wrestlers who are dedicated, motivated, and ready to compete at the highest level. This is not a recreational program — it's a commitment to excellence.
80% Competition Commitment: Team members must commit to competing in at least 80% of the scheduled duals. Dual meets depend on full team participation —
every absence affects the entire team's score.
Practice Attendance: Consistent attendance at team practices is required. If you're not training together, you're not competing together.
Intensity Level: Practices are designed to push athletes beyond their comfort zone. This is elite-level training with elite-level expectations.
Time Commitment: Parents and wrestlers should understand this is a year-round commitment. Before signing up, make sure your family schedule can support the practice and competition calendar.
